SamTel ("we", "us") is a mobile-phone retailer and repair service based in Damascus, Syria. This notice applies to samtel-store.com and all related services.

2. Information we collect

When you submit an in-store repair request or home-service request we collect: name, phone number, address (home-service only), device type, and a description of the problem. When you browse the site we record limited technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and operational purposes. We do not collect any payment information — online checkout is not enabled.

3. How we use your information

We use your data only to: contact you about your request, dispatch a technician for home service, maintain an internal service record, improve the site experience, and protect the site against abuse.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing. We may disclose information only under a lawful request from a competent authority or to defend our legal rights.

5. Retention

Repair-request data is kept for 24 months from the last interaction, then deleted or anonymised. Technical security logs are deleted within 90 days.

We use essential cookies only — the admin session cookie (admin_token) and a language preference. No advertising or analytics trackers are used.

Data is held in an encrypted database on a private server. Connections to the site are TLS-encrypted via Cloudflare. Administrative access is restricted to authorised staff using strong passwords.

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any material change.
