By using samtel-store.com or any of our services you agree to the terms set out here. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Service description
The site displays our product catalog and lets you submit in-store and home repair requests. Online checkout and payment are not currently enabled — purchases are completed in-store.
3. Repair requests
Every repair request is an inquiry, not a binding contract. We will contact you with a price estimate after inspecting the device. You may decline the estimate at no charge if work has not begun.
4. Repair warranty
Repairs are warranted on the replaced part for 30 days from the date of return, unless otherwise stated on the service invoice. Excluded: damage from drops, liquid, unauthorised tampering, or faults in parts we did not replace.
5. Customer data responsibility
We strongly recommend backing up your data before handing in your device. SamTel is not responsible for data loss during repair, and does not provide data-recovery service unless agreed in writing.
6. Turnaround time
Quoted turnaround times are estimates. Some repairs may be delayed due to parts availability. We will inform you of any material delay.
7. User responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information in request forms, and to not use the site for any unlawful purpose or attempt to compromise its security.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site (logo, text, images, code) belongs to SamTel or the respective trademark holders. It may not be reused without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". SamTel is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of the site. The maximum direct liability is capped at the price paid for the service in question.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Syrian Arab Republic. Disputes will be settled in the competent courts of Damascus.
11. Changes
We may amend these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top will be revised. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
